AEDP Supervision for Therapists
Supporting your growth, you clinical confidence, and your inner secure base.
A Note for Immersion Participants & AEDP Learners
If you arrived here after my presentation in the U.S. or Japan AEDP Immersion, or through the broader AEDP community—welcome!
I’m glad you’re here, and I hope this page offers a gentle entry point for continued learning, reflection, and growth.
Many therapists reach out after Immersion with questions about applying AEDP, deepening affirmation, working experientially, or exploring their therapeutic presence.
If this is you, you are in the right place.
My intention in offering supervision
As a certified AEDP® therapist and supervisor, I offer individual and small-group supervision for therapists who wish to deepen their skills and understanding of AEDP® psychotherapy.
My own AEDP® journey began with supervision.
It offered me a warm, supportive space where I felt truly held—an experience that shaped me not only as a therapist, but also as a human being.
I continue to receive this kind of holding from my supervisors and fellow AEDP® therapists, and it remains an essential source of nourishment in my work.
It is from this place that I now offer supervision:
a space where therapists can reflect, explore, and grow within a safe, collaborative relationship.
Is Supervision Right for You?
You might find AEDP® supervision especially helpful if you:
Want to deepen your experiential skills and theoretical grounding in AEDP® Psychotherapy
Feel stuck or unsure in sessions and want support
Wish to process emotional material more fully with clients
Are curious about integrating somatic and relational work into your practice
Are exploring your path or identity as a therapist
Are refining your clinical voice and cultivating your inner secure base
How We Explore Together
An experiential and relational space for growth.
Experiential Reflection Using Session Recordings
Video recordings are a powerful tool in AEDP® supervision. They allow us to track the moment-to-moment processes within both therapist and client, as well as the relational dynamics emerging between them. Reviewing recordings together can deepen insight and support transformational growth.
Integrative Exploration: Observation, Dialogue & Experiential Work
Supervision is a collaborative, attuned process. Together, we observe and name what is happening within you, your client, and the relational field. We incorporate experiential practices when appropriate to support integration, emotional presence, and deeper therapeutic impact.Support for Those New to Recording
If you're new to recording sessions, you're encouraged to begin within the first three months of supervision. I offer step-by-step support—from technical setup to navigating informed consent—so you can approach this part of the process with clarity and confidence.
Online Format (via Zoom)
Sessions are held online via Zoom, making supervision accessible no matter where you are in the world—secure, confidential, and flexible.
Let’s Connect.
