I’m Kaori Stram, a licensed psychotherapist in New York, specializing in anxiety treatment and stress management.

I work with adults (18+) in New York, Florida, and Vermont who struggle with a range of anxiety and stress symptoms, including restlessness, tension, irritability, difficulty focusing, panic attacks, and PTSD.

My mission is to help you quiet your mind, break free from stress and stagnation, and experience transformation so you can fully embrace life.

How I can help YOU

While therapy may seem intimidating, I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our work together. Our sessions will be collaborative, focusing on clarifying your thoughts, identifying your emotions, and unraveling the complexities of your issues.

I offer sessions online via zoom for New York, Florida and Vermont residents. We will meet on a weekly basis, and I am available on most weekdays and some evenings.

As your therapist, my primary goal is to offer you a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you feel supported and empowered to confront life's obstacles.

My expertise lies in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and stress, often alongside issues such as panic, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

I am fluent in both Japanese and English, and I am eager to embark on a healing journey with you.
