My name is Kaori Stram. I am a psychotherapist based in New York specializing in anxiety treatment.

My focus is on helping adult individuals (18+) throughout New York, Florida and Vermont who are grappling with a range of anxiety and stress symptoms, including restlessness, tension, irritability, difficulty focusing and breathing, panic attacks, and PTSD symptoms.

My mission is to support you in quieting your mind, breaking free from stagnation, and undergoing transformation so that you can embrace life fully.

How I can help YOU

While therapy may seem intimidating, I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our work together. Our sessions will be collaborative, focusing on clarifying your thoughts, identifying your emotions, and unraveling the complexities of your issues.

I offer sessions online via zoom for New York, Florida and Vermont residents. We will meet on a weekly basis, and I am available on most weekdays and some evenings.

As your therapist, my primary goal is to offer you a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you feel supported and empowered to confront life's obstacles.

My expertise lies in working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and stress, often alongside issues such as panic, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

I am fluent in both Japanese and English, and I am eager to embark on a healing journey with you.
