My name is Kaori Stram. a therapist based in New York specializing in anxiety treatment.

My focus is on helping adult individuals (18+) throughout New York and Florida who are grappling with a range of anxiety and stress symptoms, including restlessness, tension, irritability, difficulty focusing and breathing, panic attacks, and PTSD symptoms.

My mission is to support you in quieting your mind, breaking free from stagnation, and undergoing transformation so that you can embrace life fully.
